Rules for Presenters
Oral Presentation Rules:
- Every author must present the lecture by using MS Powerpoint (or similar).
- Presentations must be 10 min max (8 min for presentation +2 minutes for question answer session).
- Note your slides are not crowded.
- Limit your presentations in 20 slides (preferred).
- Submit your presentations via the link (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScxFbWKYqDOhgsekdfMhsBLp8flf8poqQHrmxEDY3Iyn2SXIg/viewform?usp=sf_link).
Poster Presentation Rules:
- Every author must prepare the poster in A0 format (3ft x 3ft).
- Posters must be clear with all necessary sections.
- Submit your presentations via the link (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScxFbWKYqDOhgsekdfMhsBLp8flf8poqQHrmxEDY3Iyn2SXIg/viewform?usp=sf_link).
Awards:
There are three
awards
- Best Poster Presentation.
- Best Oral Presentation.
- Best Dissertation.
Note: Panel of experts will evaluate the content, style, quality and composition of the entries.
